Insider One

Insider One is a Customer Engagement AI Platform for marketing teams. Over a series of productions we travelled to their customers around the UK and Europe. We interviewed heads of marketing and senior brand leads, capturing the real-world impact of the platform in their own words. Each story was edited into a short film for Insider sales and customer success teams.

We developed a production approach built around a scripted interview framework developed by their team. The work on set was to bring that structure to life, directing the interviewees to give natural and authentic responeses that covered the key points in the script. Each edit had clear narrative structure: the pain points before using Insider One's platform, what changed, and the results that followed. The outcome was a library of videos that the Insider One team could use on their customer success stories page, LinkedIn and sales journeys. Having a case study for each industry helped give specific insights to potential partners.
